Support Your App

SLA

The level of support that is expected is that same we offer ourselves which is a 48 hour SLA. This means that it is expected that you get started on the support within 48 hours of the case being posted on Eureka.

How to Support Your App

You can support your app through Eureka, on your app's download page there is a link to the section of Eureka where questions can be posted related to your app. Through Eureka, you can subscribe and receive notifications when questions are posted in your section.

Questions will get posted on your section when the users add a tag with your App's name in their posts. You do not have to do anything to activate it yourself other than subscribe using the link on your app page.
